Mindful Mommies Prenatal Program-
This program is a combonation of holistic herbal guidance and prenatal yoga classes.
Each session lasts 8 weeks and offers lecture topics such as Healthy Skin during Pregnancy, Nutrition for Mom and Baby, and
The Healing Power of Tea. A folder is provided with handouts and informationial sheets to build a knowledge base for your
newborn. The course is capped at 10 per session, so act fast!! More than 1 session can be attended and late registry
is accepted if room allows.

Belly Oil- This
grape seed oil base is enriched by a Calendula infusion with added essential oils. This oil protects the appearence and integrity
