Monday- Paxtuent Jazzercise Center-6:30-7:30 pm- This class
is located in California, Md. This class is not a heated yoga class and is based on a Vinyasa flow style practice.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels based on modifications offered. (call for directions) Please
bring a yoga mat and water.
Wednesday- Mindful Mommies!
Blue
Moon Healing Studio- 6:30-7:30 pm- This class is located in Lexington Park (see below for directions). This
fusion style class intigrates breathing and awareness exercises with yoga and basic pilates. Bring a mat, block,
blanket, and water. PERFECT for All trimesters. Come enjoy this class with other mommies-to-be. Class runs in 6 week
sessions for $60.
Drop-ins are welcome and can modify to a more intense workout.

Blue Moon Healing Studio- 10:00-11:00 am- This class is a WARM class and provides a challenge for seasoned
atheletes and new students alike. Come prepared to build strength and work up a sweat. Bring a Mat, towel and plenty of water.

The class will meet after the Sunday morning class and be from 11-3.
A lunch break will be provided so bring a nice snack. You will need a yoga mat to sit on, a pen for note-taking and an open
mind. I greatly recommend a week of mindful living before the class. This being limiting the intake of meat and elmination
of alcohol. Also getting a good nights rest and keeping roperly hydrated are very important to the attunement process.

Reiki 1
This course attunes the student to the Reiki 1 symbol, introduces the hand postions
for personal healing, gives overview of the chakras and provides practice for the students in the safety of the Master.
Duration: 3-4 hours
Class Limit: 5-6 students per class ONLY

Reiki Master/Teacher with Quantum Technique
This course is a combonation course of the Master
level and Teacher Level of Reiki attunement. In this course, instruction on attuning others, ethics of practice, manifestation
and business information will be greatly discussed.
Inaddition to learning Reiki energy, Quantum Technique willl be
taught to branch the energy out into other madalities of healing arts. This energy is about 10,000 times the strength of Reiki
and is an amazing finish to energy study.
This course will be intensive and will be a 2 day event.
The first day
will be instruction and the second will be returning the homework and receiving the certificate.

4-5 hours
day 2- 1 hour

For persons interested in receiving Reiki training in exchange for organizing a class, we have developed
a Reiki Sponsorship Program. The following requirements are necessary to complete a Class Sponsorship as exchange for your
class tuition:
- Recruit and register 8 to 10 students.
- Provide a space to have the class.
- Be the "contact person" for questions, directions, etc., for
the class
- Develop your commitment to Reiki by
building your practice of Reiki.
This program is an excellent
way to empower yourself and your friends, family and community. Once you are accepted to the sponsorship program we will provide
practical guidance tips for setting up the class and a sample brochure and will ask you to check in from time to time about
progress.
To apply for the sponsorship program, please send us your
address, phone and a short paragraph explaining your interest in Reiki, the level of training you are interested in sponsoring
and any prior training.
