THE Program for Mommies-to-be! This 8-week program includes a weekly prenatal
yoga class , herbal and aromatherphy training for the common ailments of pregnancy, informational handouts and a recommended
reading library for participants to borrow from. This gentle flow workout is prefect for all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. Studies
have shown that yoga can provide great benefits during pregnancy including reduced stress, lessoning of tension and common
pain as well as strategies to better deal with labor and birth.
Bring
an open mind and heart as well as a mat, pillow and water.
Mommy and Me- Once your little bun is out of the oven, join us for
this great class for Mommy and baby. This yoga class is focused on streching and connecting with your baby as well as teaching
you, the Mommy, to be your baby's very first yogi. This class also runs in 9 week sessions and includes herbal and aromatherphy
training in common childhood ailments and informational sheets. Begins in Julington Creek in July 2009 @ The Goddard
School.

Reiki 1
This course attunes the student to the Reiki 1 symbol, introduces the hand postions
for personal healing, gives overview of the chakras and provides practice for the students in the safety of the Master.
Duration: 3-4 hours
Class Limit: 5-6 students per class ONLY
Cost: $100 ($50 deposit required)

Reiki Master/Teacher with Quantum Technique
This course is a combonation course of the Master
level and Teacher Level of Reiki attunement. In this course, instruction on attuning others, ethics of practice, manifestation
and business information will be greatly discussed.
Inaddition to learning Reiki energy, Quantum Technique willl be
taught to branch the energy out into other madalities of healing arts. This energy is about 10,000 times the strength of Reiki
and is an amazing finish to energy study.
This course will be intensive and will be a 2 day event.
The first day
will be instruction and the second will be returning the homework and receiving the certificate.

4-5 hours
day 2- 1 hour

For persons interested in receiving Reiki training in exchange for organizing a class,
we have developed a Reiki Sponsorship Program. The following requirements are necessary to complete a Class Sponsorship as
exchange for your class tuition:
- Recruit and register
8 to 10 students.
- Provide a space to have the
class.
- Be the "contact person"
for questions, directions, etc., for the class
- Develop
your commitment to Reiki by building your practice of Reiki.
This program is an excellent way to empower yourself and your friends, family and community. Once you are accepted
to the sponsorship program we will provide practical guidance tips for setting up the class and a sample brochure and will
ask you to check in from time to time about progress.
To apply for
the sponsorship program, please send us your address, phone and a short paragraph explaining your interest in Reiki, the level
of training you are interested in sponsoring and any prior training.
